SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping is included in the product price for most orders to the lower 48 States. The exception is any order for products in the Dundalk Leisurecraft range with total order price over $3,500 will incur a shipping charge of $200 which will be added at the Checkout. For shipping to Alaska or Hawaii please contact us at sales@saunasandmore.com for a quote. We do not currently ship to locations outside of the United States.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT
After you have placed your order through our website, you will receive an Order Confirmation email.
At that point, there is no further action required on your part unless we contact you again by email.
We will then confirm with the applicable manufacturer that they can fulfil your order in a reasonable time frame, either from available stock or from the next scheduled batch to be built.
If there is no stock or the expected build time is more than a few weeks, we will email you to discuss next steps.
If everything looks good, we will go ahead and take payment from your card and process the order.
Once your order ships, we will inform you by email and where possible provide an initial estimate of the shipping time.

RECEIVING YOUR DELIVERY
MEDICAL SAUNAS
Saunas and tubs ship via freight and require a signature upon delivery. You will receive a call from the shipping company to arrange a time and day for delivery that works for you.
Delivery includes liftgate service, which means the crate(s) is/are unloaded from the delivery truck to the curb side of your home. You will need to arrange for 2 or more people to move the items from curb side to the location of your choice in your home or garden.
Ensure that you check all items received as soon as possible after delivery to ensure the order is complete.
In the unlikely event that there are missing or damaged items, please contact us by email at sales@saunasandmore.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery and we will be happy to work with you to resolve the situation. If your email is received more than 24 hours after delivery it may not be possible to resolve the issue. For damaged items please provide clear photographs with your email.
Please DO NOT refuse delivery for any reason. We are committed to resolving any unforeseen issues with your delivery as soon as possible and we can do this most effectively by working directly with you once you have accepted the delivery.
DUNDALK LEISURE CRAFT - SAUNAS
Dundalk LeisureCraft Responsibilities:-
(i) Building and packing your sauna/products in a crate.
(ii) Arranging for shipping to your chosen delivery address as provided when you placed the order with Saunas and More.
Trucking Company Responsibilities and points to note:-
(i) Making an appointment directly with you to deliver your sauna/products.
(ii) Delivering your sauna/products to the end of your driveway or curbside.
(iii) The trucking company is NOT responsible for unloading the crate.
(iv) The trucking company is NOT going to back their truck into your driveway.
(v) Most times the trucking company will deliver with an 18 wheel truck – Please ensure this size truck will fit in your neighborhood and onto your road and be able to turn around, or else make alternative arrangements and discuss this with the shipping company when they call to book the delivery appointment.
(vi) If the crate is less than 92”, the trucking company may have a lift gate on the back of the truck which can be used to assist getting the sauna off the truck. It is wise to confirm this with them when they call you to book the delivery time.
(vii) If the crate is more than 92”, there will NOT be a lift gate to unload it and the customer needs to decide how they are going to get it off the truck.
Customer Responsibilities and points to note:-
(i) Returning phone calls to the trucking company in a timely manner, to arrange delivery (PLEASE NOTE that if you do not respond quickly to arrange delivery, the local trucking company may start charging storage fees and any such fees will be payable by the customer).
(ii) Determining how the crate is going to be unloaded from the truck.
(iii) Crates will vary from 6 feet long to 14 feet long.
(iv) The crate’s weight will vary from 800 pounds to 1600 pounds, depending on the size of the sauna (possibly less for other products depending on how many there are).
(v) Customer is responsible for unloading the crate from the truck. Suggested methods for unloading from the truck:-
(1) Use a forklift or other mechanical piece of equipment (When using a fork lift to pick up the crates, they must be picked up from the end of the crate and fork lift extensions are required).
(2) Rent a tilt tow truck to pick up the crate from the local terminal and have it delivered and offloaded.
(vi) If the crate arrives DAMAGED/OPEN, PLEASE ACCEPT THE DELIVERY and then we will help to liaise with you and Dundalk afterwards so that they can provide replacement parts or otherwise resolve the situation. ALSO PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING: -
(1) Take Photos of the damage/open crate and if visible, any damage to the contents;
(2) Mark the Bill of lading (BOL) with "Crate arrived open/damaged - possible hidden damage";
(3) Obtain a copy or take a photo of the BOL with the above wording written on it (THIS IS ESSENTIAL FOR DUNDALK TO BE ABLE TO MAKE A CLAIM);
(4) Immediately contact Saunas and More or Dundalk to report the problem and provide full details along with the copy/photo of the BOL;
(5) NOTE - FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE ABOVE PROCESS MAY RESULT IN DIFFICULTIES FOR DUNDALK REPLACING DAMAGED PARTS ETC. YOUR COOPERATION IS APPRECIATED.
DUNDALK LEISURE CRAFT - OTHER PRODUCTS
PLEASE NOTE - Other types of product supplied by Dundalk such as Tiki Bars, Outdoor Showers and Outdoor Furniture may in some cases be smaller than sauna products when packed into a crate for delivery. HOWEVER, depending what type of delivery vehicle the shipping company uses, many or all of the same considerations for delivery and unloading will still apply as for a Sauna (as detailed above).
You are strongly advised to discuss the delivery and unloading process with the delivery company when they call to arrange delivery.

Saunas and More is an authorized Dealer for the products offered on this website. All products are supplied and shipped directly from the applicable Manufacturer to the customer, and for any returns that may be applicable, products will be shipped directly back to the manufacturer.
Saunas and More does not store or handle products at any time.
The Refunds and Returns policies followed by Saunas and More reflect those of the applicable manufacturers. For the avoidance of doubt, if there is a discrepancy between the policies in place at a manufacturer and those provided herein, the current policies in place at the manufacturer will always prevail and will be followed by Saunas and More.
The role of Saunas and More in any potential or confirmed Return scenario, or an instance of missing or damaged goods, or similar problem, is to provide support to the customer and act as liaison between the customer and Manufacturer. Any applicable refund will normally be paid by Saunas and More to the customer rather than directly by the manufacturer.
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER WITHIN 24 HOURS
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed on the Saunas and More website. If your card payment has not been processed by the time the cancellation request is reviewed by a member of staff at Saunas and More, no charge will be applied for the cancellation. If the card payment has already been processed, a refund will be given after deducting a 3% card transaction fee.

CANCELLATION MORE THAN 24 HOURS AFTER ORDER PLACED
If for any reason you want to cancel your order after the 24 hour cancellation window described above has passed but before the order has been delivered, this will be treated as a Return and all aspects of the 20 Day Return Policy detailed below including all procedures, terms and charges detailed therein will be applied once the order has been delivered.

20 DAY RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you wish to Return your product after it has been delivered (or to cancel the order more than 24 hours after it was placed, as per the “CANCELLATION MORE THAN 24 HOURS AFTER ORDER PLACED” section above), you must send a request by email to sales@saunasandmore.com within 20 days of receiving your order.
The following charges will apply and be deducted from any refund given: -
(1) New, Unopened (original packaging): -
(i) Original outbound shipping cost that was paid by Saunas and More to the manufacturer, plus
(ii) A Return shipping charge equal to 120% of the original outbound shipping cost;
(2) Opened, assembled, but never used (original packaging): -
(i) Original outbound shipping cost that was paid by Saunas and More to the manufacturer, plus
(ii) A Return shipping charge equal to 120% of the original outbound shipping cost, plus
(iii) A re-stocking fee equal to 20% of the purchase price paid;
Returns cannot be accepted under any circumstances if the product has been used.
Once your request has been received and approved, we will liaise with the manufacturer to obtain return shipping details, and a shipping label will be provided to you.
Under no circumstances should you attempt to ship the product yourself, to any location. Returns can only be shipped in line with the details and shipping label that will be provided to you.
Returns will only be accepted at the manufacturer's chosen premises as per the shipping label that will be provided to you. Under no circumstances can Saunas and More accept returns at our office mailing address or any other location.
MEDICAL SAUNAS
5 DAY RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your Sauna for whatever reason, you may request a return of the product by contacting us by email at sales@saunasandmore.com within 5 days of receiving your delivery. We will then liaise with the supplier to organise for the product to be collected and shipped back to the supplier’s warehouse.
Please do not refuse delivery of the product or attempt to return the product to any location yourself. We will arrange the return directly to the manufacturer. And please note that under no circumstances can Saunas and More accept returns at our office mailing address or any other location.
All items for return must be in their original condition and packaging. Because a sauna which is opened and even installed is no longer new, it cannot be resold; for this reason, only unopened packages will be accepted for returns. Prior written return authorization is required. Any returned sauna must be in its original cartons and packaging at the time of the return request and must include any documentation such as operating manuals as may have been included with the original delivery. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to keep the sauna in its original cartons and packaging if return is requested. The sauna must also be secured on the same crate prior to the freight company picking it up.
Customers are responsible for the full cost of both outbound and return shipping, regardless of what you were charged, if anything, for outbound shipping when you placed the order, plus a 20% restocking fee.
The actual Return Shipping Cost will be determined after a Return request has been approved.
After the product has been received by the manufacturer, they will inspect it, and if everything is in order, the refund will then be issued minus the aforementioned shipping and re-stocking charges.
Please allow a minimum of 30 days between requesting the Return and receiving your refund (subject to the conditions detailed above).

The Canadian Timber Collection by Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. saunas are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of 3 years, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance of the sauna (eg. Tightening bands on the barrels, cleaning or staining the sauna). Refer to your sauna assembly manual for maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence and the manufacturer and Saunas and More are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product. This warranty is a parts only warranty and any service or labor costs would not be considered as part of the 3 year warranty.
TIKI BARS
Natural Palm Thatch has a 1 year warranty.
Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. warrants our Tiki Bars against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of five (5) years, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product by the original end-user consumer. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. (v) Most times the trucking company will deliver with an 18 wheel truck – Please ensure this size truck will fit in your neighborhood and onto your road and be able to turn around, or else make alternative arrangements and discuss this with the shipping company when they call to book the delivery appointment.
(vi) If the crate is less than 92”, the trucking company may have a lift gate on the back of the truck which can be used to assist getting the sauna off the truck. It is wise to confirm this with them when they call you to book the delivery time.
(vii) If the crate is more than 92”, there will NOT be a lift gate to unload it and the customer needs to decide how they are going to get it off the truck.
Customer Responsibilities and points to note:-
(i) Returning phone calls to the trucking company in a timely manner, to arrange delivery (PLEASE NOTE that if you do not respond quickly to arrange delivery, the local trucking company may start charging storage fees and any such fees will be payable by the customer).
(ii) Determining how the crate is going to be unloaded from the truck.
(iii) Crates will vary from 6 feet long to 14 feet long.
(iv) The crate’s weight will vary from 800 pounds to 1600 pounds, depending on the size of the sauna (possibly less for other products depending on how many there are).
(v) Customer is responsible for unloading the crate from the truck. Suggested methods for unloading from the truck:-
(1) Use a forklift or other mechanical piece of equipment (When using a fork lift to pick up the crates, they must be picked up from the end of the crate and fork lift extensions are required).
(2) Rent a tilt tow truck to pick up the crate from the local terminal and have it delivered and offloaded.
(vi) If the crate arrives DAMAGED/OPEN, PLEASE ACCEPT THE DELIVERY and then we will help to liaise with you and Dundalk afterwards so that they can provide replacement parts or otherwise resolve the situation. ALSO PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING: -
(1) Take Photos of the damage/open crate and if visible, any damage to the contents;
(2) Mark the Bill of lading (BOL) with "Crate arrived open/damaged - possible hidden damage";
(3) Obtain a copy or take a photo of the BOL with the above wording written on it (THIS IS ESSENTIAL FOR DUNDALK TO BE ABLE TO MAKE A CLAIM);
(4) Immediately contact Saunas and More or Dundalk to report the problem and provide full details along with the copy/photo of the BOL;
(5) NOTE - FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE ABOVE PROCESS MAY RESULT IN DIFFICULTIES FOR DUNDALK REPLACING DAMAGED PARTS ETC. YOUR COOPERATION IS APPRECIATED.
DUNDALK LEISURE CRAFT - OTHER PRODUCTS
PLEASE NOTE - Other types of product supplied by Dundalk such as Tiki Bars, Outdoor Showers and Outdoor Furniture may in some cases be smaller than sauna products when packed into a crate for delivery. HOWEVER, depending what type of delivery vehicle the shipping company uses, many or all of the same considerations for delivery and unloading will still apply as for a Sauna (as detailed above).
You are strongly advised to discuss the delivery and unloading process with the delivery company when they call to arrange delivery.

Refunds and Returns
INTRODUCTION AND DISCLAIMER
Saunas and More is an authorized Dealer for the products offered on this website. All products are supplied and shipped directly from the applicable Manufacturer to the customer, and for any returns that may be applicable, products will be shipped directly back to the manufacturer.
Saunas and More does not store or handle products at any time.
The Refunds and Returns policies followed by Saunas and More reflect those of the applicable manufacturers. For the avoidance of doubt, if there is a discrepancy between the policies in place at a manufacturer and those provided herein, the current policies in place at the manufacturer will always prevail and will be followed by Saunas and More.
The role of Saunas and More in any potential or confirmed Return scenario, or an instance of missing or damaged goods, or similar problem, is to provide support to the customer and act as liaison between the customer and Manufacturer. Any applicable refund will normally be paid by Saunas and More to the customer rather than directly by the manufacturer.
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER WITHIN 24 HOURS
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed on the Saunas and More website. If your card payment has not been processed by the time the cancellation request is reviewed by a member of staff at Saunas and More, no charge will be applied for the cancellation. If the card payment has already been processed, a refund will be given after deducting a 3% card transaction fee.

CANCELLATION MORE THAN 24 HOURS AFTER ORDER PLACED
If for any reason you want to cancel your order after the 24 hour cancellation window described above has passed but before the order has been delivered, this will be treated as a Return and all aspects of the 20 Day Return Policy detailed below including all procedures, terms and charges detailed therein will be applied once the order has been delivered.

20 DAY RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you wish to Return your product after it has been delivered (or to cancel the order more than 24 hours after it was placed, as per the “CANCELLATION MORE THAN 24 HOURS AFTER ORDER PLACED” section above), you must send a request by email to sales@saunasandmore.com within 20 days of receiving your order.
The following charges will apply and be deducted from any refund given: -
(1) New, Unopened (original packaging): -
(i) Original outbound shipping cost that was paid by Saunas and More to the manufacturer, plus
(ii) A Return shipping charge equal to 120% of the original outbound shipping cost;
(2) Opened, assembled, but never used (original packaging): -
(i) Original outbound shipping cost that was paid by Saunas and More to the manufacturer, plus
(ii) A Return shipping charge equal to 120% of the original outbound shipping cost, plus
(iii) A re-stocking fee equal to 20% of the purchase price paid;
Returns cannot be accepted under any circumstances if the product has been used.
Once your request has been received and approved, we will liaise with the manufacturer to obtain return shipping details, and a shipping label will be provided to you.
Under no circumstances should you attempt to ship the product yourself, to any location. Returns can only be shipped in line with the details and shipping label that will be provided to you.
Returns will only be accepted at the manufacturer's chosen premises as per the shipping label that will be provided to you. Under no circumstances can Saunas and More accept returns at our office mailing address or any other location.
MEDICAL SAUNAS
5 DAY RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your Sauna for whatever reason, you may request a return of the product by contacting us by email at sales@saunasandmore.com within 5 days of receiving your delivery. We will then liaise with the supplier to organise for the product to be collected and shipped back to the supplier’s warehouse.
Please do not refuse delivery of the product or attempt to return the product to any location yourself. We will arrange the return directly to the manufacturer. And please note that under no circumstances can Saunas and More accept returns at our office mailing address or any other location.
All items for return must be in their original condition and packaging. Because a sauna which is opened and even installed is no longer new, it cannot be resold; for this reason, only unopened packages will be accepted for returns. Prior written return authorization is required. Any returned sauna must be in its original cartons and packaging at the time of the return request and must include any documentation such as operating manuals as may have been included with the original delivery. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to keep the sauna in its original cartons and packaging if return is requested. The sauna must also be secured on the same crate prior to the freight company picking it up.
Customers are responsible for the full cost of both outbound and return shipping, regardless of what you were charged, if anything, for outbound shipping when you placed the order, plus a 20% restocking fee.
The actual Return Shipping Cost will be determined after a Return request has been approved.
After the product has been received by the manufacturer, they will inspect it, and if everything is in order, the refund will then be issued minus the aforementioned shipping and re-stocking charges.
Please allow a minimum of 30 days between requesting the Return and receiving your refund (subject to the conditions detailed above).

DUNDALK LEISURE CRAFT – CANADIAN TIMBER COLLECTION
Dundalk Products come with a Warranty provided directly by the Manufacturer, Dundalk Leisurecraft, as detailed below.
SAUNAS
The Canadian Timber Collection by Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. saunas are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of 3 years, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance of the sauna (eg. Tightening bands on the barrels, cleaning or staining the sauna). Refer to your sauna assembly manual for maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence and the manufacturer and Saunas and More are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product. This warranty is a parts only warranty and any service or labor costs would not be considered as part of the 3 year warranty.
TIKI BARS
Natural Palm Thatch has a 1 year warranty.
Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. warrants our Tiki Bars against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of five (5) years, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product by the original end-user consumer. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance of the Tiki Bar, refer to your assembly manual for maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence and the manufacturer and associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product.
